VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 4, 2009) - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES LPT Capital Ltd.
