Bhubaneswar: The Naveen Patnaik Government in Orissa on Saturday signed an MoU with the NALCO for establishment of an Aluminium Park. The MoU was signed between the State-owned Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) and NALCO in the
