BHP Billitonis pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to sell the Ravensthorpe Nickel Operation to First Quantum Minerals Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals Ltd ('First Quantum') for US$340 million. It is
