CONDOR RESOURCE UPDATE - RIO CRISTAL RESOURCES CORP.

Rio Cristal Resources announced assay results from a campaign of bulk sampling on a mineralized quartzite bed known as Bench 5 within Zone 2 at its Condor property in southwest Peru. The gold assays from five bulk samples range from 1.12 to 6.82 g/t and averages 3.25 g/t. Each bulk sample weighed between 57.5 kg and 68.5 kg and each was divided into 6 subsamples.

SHOAL LAKE DRILLING RESULTS - EVERTON RESOURCES INC.

Asia Minerals announced that drilling continues to returned results from the Miwah Main Zone in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia. In Hole EMD021 encountered 1.36 g/t gold over 157m including 2.15 g/t gold over 59.1m, and ended in mineralization. The Main Miwah Gold Zone remains open in all directions with the Moon River area expanding the north-south potential from 400m to more than 600m, whilst remaining open further to the north towards Sipopok.

LAMAQUE DRILLING RESULTS - CENTURY MINING CORPORATION

Century Mining announced results of surface diamond drilling at the Bedard Dyke at the Lamaque mine located in Quebec, Canada. The best results was returned from hole 2700-1 with 5.28m at 9.56g/t gold from 69.19m and in hole 2610-7 intersected 1.69m at 100.50g/t gold from 63.92m downhole.

OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL UPDATE - KIRKLAND LAKE GOLD INC.

Kirkland Lake Gold announced an operations update and its third quarter 2010 fiscal results for the three months ended January 31, 2010. Gold production for the quarter was 8,221 ounces, compared to 3,912 ounces last year but significantly below normal production rates due to the lack of paste fill and due to the completion of project work interfering with production. A net loss for the quarter ended January 31, 2010 of $8,262,648 or $0.13 per share, which compares with a net loss of$10,334,700 or $0.17 per share for the previous quarter.

STRIKE CLAIM OPTION AND PRIVATE PLACEMENT - ATOCHA RESOURCES INC.

SANTO DOMINGO DRILLING RESULTS - FAR WEST MINING LTD.

Far West Mining announced the assay results from a 10,000m drill program at Santo Domingo, Chile. Key results includes from Hole 377 with 46m at 0.94% copper, 34.7% iron and 0.13g/t gold from 76m downhole and in Hole 390 returned 56m with 1.05% copper, 34.8% iron and 0.13g/t gold from 144m depth.

AJAX DRILLING RESULTS - ABACUS MINING & EXPLORATION CORP

Abacus Mining & Exploration announced results from diamond drilling in the Ajax East Extension area, a fault offset extension of the Ajax deposit, near Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. The best results was returned from Hole AM-10-044 returned 71m at 0.43% copper and 0.13 g/t gold including 14m at 1.09% copper and 0.36 g/t gold and in Hole AM-10-039 intersected 72.6m at 0.33% copper and 0.22 g/t gold.

NUEVO MILENIO DRILLING RESULTS - ROCA MINES INC.

Roca Mines reported to have received assay results from two additional drillholes on the Nuevo Milenio project located in Nayarit, Mexico. In hole NM-10-04 returned 4.55m at 1,299 g/t silver and 4.27 g/t gold including 1.05m at 4,712 g/t silver and 15.54 g/t gold and in hole NM-10-03 intersected 9.84m at 31.6 g/t silver and 0.942 g/t gold.

MIGORI EXPLORATION UPDATE AND SAMPLE RESULTS - RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC

Red Rock Resources announced exploration progress at its Migori gold project in Kenya. During the December 2009-January 2010 exploration phase, the last five cores (MD32-MD36), from the diamond drilling campaign by Kansai in 2007, were logged and sampled. Samples were sent for analysis in Mwanza in mid-January 2010 and the results received in mid-February. Best results include 13 m of 1.69 g/t gold from hole MD27.
